From the experience gained working in larger practices in Brisbane, Lachlan and Mikaela identified a certain type of client that were left asking for more. Not being able to give projects the amount of time and dedication that they deserve and constantly thinking “if only I had a bit more time to document that further” or “I wish that I could’ve been on site to work through that detail” led them to develop an approach that only a boutique studio could offer.
ByTrace. is now able to provide the level of service only previously reserved for exclusive high end projects. This combination of time, expertise and collaboration ensures a seamless connection between the Architecture and Interior Design of a project, resulting in a thoroughly curated outcome.
